Tuition & Financial Aid

Coulee Financial Policies

At Coulee Christian School, we strongly believe that Christian education is not a commodity. It is a ministry. It is a commitment. It is a connection – a connection between your child’s needs and your family philosophy and our philosophy. That is why at CCS, the first and most important consideration is what is best educationally for your child. All other considerations are secondary.

Tuition & Financial Aid

As a ministry to Christian families, we do our best to ensure that no family who is seeking a Christ-centered education will be denied due to a lack of financial resources. Money IS important, and tuition is an investment in the life of your child. For that reason, CSS has a robust, need-based financial aid program, and we are confident that we will be able to provide the needed assistance to all families who demonstrate a financial need through our FACTS process.

FACTS is an online, 3rd party vendor that is highly confidential. Their goal is to assist in determining a financial need for our current and new families. Our Admissions Team will be glad to share all the details and answer any questions you have about tuition and financial aid. Our goal is that money will not stand in the way of qualified families.

Wisconsin Parental Choice Program

Coulee Christian School participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). This program allows families who reside in the state of Wisconsin to be eligible for a tuition voucher.

Each year, parents must complete the Online Parent Application during the open application period(s). The application is for both Main Campus and Onalaska Campus. (Note: West Salem is the only option available on the application).

After completing the online application, applicants need to submit proof of primary residence to the school Administrative Office during the same application period. If your student is new to the program, you must also submit proof of income.

View the Income Qualifying Charts for a family to participate.

  • A voucher currently covers 100% of tuition.

  • The voucher is retained by the student through 12th grade regardless of changes to financial position.

Parents or guardians with questions should email the School Choice Administrator at gro.naitsirhceeluocobfsctd@ofni.

Affording a Coulee Christian Education

Investing in your student’s education is one of the most important investments a parent can make.  Coulee Christian School participates in programs that you may be eligible for that would allow your student to attend tuition-free.  Other families may qualify for Tuition Assistance.  We encourage all families who want to offer their children a Christ-centered education to apply and see how you can invest in your students.

CSS has a robust, need-based financial aid program, and we are confident that we will be able to provide the needed assistance to all families who demonstrate a financial need through our FACTS process.  For families that qualify, up to 50% of the tuition could be covered by Financial Aid.  See the Tuition & Financial Aid section for more details and to apply.

Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP)

The Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP) allows a student with academic disabilities, who meets certain eligibility requirements, to receive a state-funded scholarship to attend a participating private school.  Students need to reside in the state of WI and have a current IEP or Service Plan to be eligible for this scholarship.  Click here to learn more about SNSP.

2024-2025 Tuition Rates

A vast majority of our students receive tuition assistance in some form or another, including a multi-student discount.  The rates below are for a full-paying student who doesn’t qualify for financial aid.  These rates reflect the current school year and are subject to change per the decision of the School Board for the following school year.
