What brought you to Coulee Christian?
After several years in youth and camp ministry, I felt called back to pursuing my dream of being a teacher. I taught at a smaller Christian school for 3 years. That school ended up closing, and I found a position here at Coulee.
What is your teaching background and/or credentials?
I gained experience as a trainer for Tentmakers Ministry. I taught at Sparta Christian School for 3 years before joining the staff here at Coulee Christian in 2007. I was the middle school teacher and/or part of the middle school team for 11 years. I think in my years of Christian education, I have taught every subject except art and music!
Why do you love what you do?
Helping kids learn makes my heart happy, and the subject area doesn’t seem to matter. I love seeing kids work through something challenging and grow in confidence because they experience success!
