Admissions Process

Where to begin…

If you’re like most parents, enrolling your child in a new school is something you’ll do only a few times in your life.

We don’t expect you to be an expert in choosing and applying for a school. Our admissions process is designed to:

  1. Help you make a confident and informed decision, and
  2. Guide you through the enrollment and financial aid process.

Your first step is to schedule a visit.

We’ll get to know your family and student(s), you’ll get to know us, and we’ll give you the next steps for joining the Coulee Christian Family

Making the Switch

Moving from one school to another is one of the most difficult decisions you may have to make as a parent. Whether across town or across the country, this event can be life-changing for your child. It is completely normal to wonder if they will fit in.

Regardless of your reasons for switching schools, we want your transition to Coulee Christian School to be a positive change for your family.

So, during your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to see your child’s future classmates and teacher(s) in action. We’re also happy to connect you with a current Coulee Christian family, so you can learn what makes this school feel like a close-knit community where families and students become friends for life.

Affording a Coulee Christian Education

Investing in your student’s education is one of the most important investments a parent can make.  Coulee Christian School participates in programs that you may be eligible for that would allow your student to attend tuition-free.  Other families may qualify for Tuition Assistance.  We encourage all families who want to offer their children a Christ-centered education to apply and see how you can invest in your students.

CSS has a robust, need-based financial aid program, and we are confident that we will be able to provide the needed assistance to all families who demonstrate a financial need through our FACTS process.  For families that qualify, up to 50% of the tuition could be covered by Financial Aid.  See the Tuition & Financial Aid section for more details and to apply.

Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP)

The Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP) allows a student with academic disabilities, who meets certain eligibility requirements, to receive a state-funded scholarship to attend a participating private school.  Students need to reside in the state of WI and have a current IEP or Service Plan to be eligible for this scholarship.  Click here to learn more about SNSP.

2024-2025 Tuition Rates

A vast majority of our students receive tuition assistance in some form or another, including a multi-student discount.  The rates below are for a full-paying student who doesn’t qualify for financial aid.  These rates reflect the current school year and are subject to change per the decision of the School Board for the following school year.
