Elevating Education with Christian Values

As your son or daughter transitions into high school, we understand the significance of instilling a firm foundation rooted in faith, respect, and responsibility. At Coulee Christian, we want to serve as a steadfast support system for our students as they prepare to embark on their journey toward college or a fulfilling career.
We’re dedicated to equipping your child to succeed in the future. We strive to maintain our students’ academic engagement and motivation year-round, all while exemplifying Christ’s love and guiding them in living out their faith in the years ahead.

What to Expect in High School

Spiritual Foundations

Our students delve deep into their faith journey in Bible classes led by a dedicated Bible teacher. We focus on nurturing their spiritual growth by exploring the Old and New Testaments and studying worldview and apologetics. Daily and weekly schedules include engaging book study groups and discipleship sessions alongside our regular chapel gatherings.

Students are exposed to an array of ELA studies, including American literature, British literature, classical literature, and professional literature. Within these courses, they can hone their writing skills through integrated composition components or focus primarily on composition in other course offerings. Additionally, eligible students can take advantage of additional dual credit college classes, providing them with a head start on their academic journey beyond high school.

Our comprehensive mathematics program includes Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Pre-calculus, and Calculus. Our curriculum is supported by the acclaimed Reveal math resources from McGraw Hill, ensuring a solid foundation and stimulating learning environment for all our students.

Top-quality resources from BJU Press and Apologia provide instruction in environmental science, biology, chemistry, physics, anatomy, and physiology. Social studies is taught through a biblical lens and includes courses in world history, government, economics, psychology, sociology, and global issues.

Beyond academics, we’re dedicated to equipping our students with the skills they need to thrive in the future. We cover a range of subjects, including health and physical education, world languages, computer applications, and personal finance. For those with a creative spark, our fine arts electives, including digital media, drama, art, and worship team, offer the perfect outlet to explore their passions.
